The customer may state that camera is sending duplicate images to the app.
Engineer Notes:
- The issue could be one of two things but most likely is either a mobile app cache issue or a device setting issue. The system looks for images with the same timestamp if the capture number is set to 1 and prevents duplicates from happening.
Solutions
- Check the user’s device settings and ensure that the capture number setting is set to 1.
- Check to see if the images are duplicates in the account for the device. If there are no duplicates in the manager, the issue may be with the user’s mobile app. In this case, it is most likely a cache issue. Ask the user to refresh the window they are viewing.
