Device not receiving push notifications when there is an image, video, or other promotional reasons.
Solutions
- Ensure that the user allowed push notifications when the app is first open. There will be a prompt for the user on the first startup of the app.
- Ensure that push notifications are enabled on the mobile application setting page.
- Ensure that push notifications are enabled on the device in general and for the application.
- Ensure there is no anti-virus or spam protection that is preventing the notifications on the device.
- Delete and reinstall the application as a last measure.
