No Push Notifications

Device not receiving push notifications when there is an image, video, or other promotional reasons.

Solutions

  1. Ensure that the user allowed push notifications when the app is first open. There will be a prompt for the user on the first startup of the app.
  2. Ensure that push notifications are enabled on the mobile application setting page.
  3. Ensure that push notifications are enabled on the device in general and for the application.
  4. Ensure there is no anti-virus or spam protection that is preventing the notifications on the device.
  5. Delete and reinstall the application as a last measure.
