Causes
- SD Card Not Inserted Completed.
- Bad SD Card
Engineer Notes
The device will accept a manual firmware update via the SD card however, the device will still do the same thing.
Solutions
- Attempt to reformat the SD Card
- Try a new SD card.
- Exchange the device.
