The format and battery LED will stay solid until turned off. The camera will be non-functional.

Causes

• SD Card Not Inserted Completed.
• Bad SD Card

Engineer Notes

The device will accept a manual firmware update via the SD card however, the device will still do the same thing.

Solutions

• Attempt to reformat the SD Card
• Try a new SD card.
• Exchange the device.
